1. Order Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Orders placed through Vivekanandha Saree may be canceled by the customer within 1 hour. For cancellation, please reach our customer service team at 96206 96966 with your order details. If processing or shipping has already begun, cancellation will not be possible, though our return process can be followed once the product is delivered.
Seller-Initiated Cancellations:
Orders may also be canceled by Vivekanandha Saree if there are reasons such as unavailability of stock, payment issues, or detected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued if an order is canceled by us.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are provided only for products returned in their original, unused condition and packaging, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Products must be returned within 4 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items cannot be refunded, including personalized or custom-made sarees, sale items, and gift cards. The product description should be checked before making a purchase.
Refund Process:
Once received, the returned product will be inspected, and approval or rejection of the refund will be notified. If approved, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 8 business days. Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and the initial shipping cost may be deducted from the refund if the order qualified for free shipping.
3. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. If an exchange is desired, the original item should be returned for a refund, and a new order may then be placed for the desired product.
